WARRANTY (Toy Cars for Kids)

WHAT IS COVERED?
Jetski Official warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship occurring under normal use for a period limited to 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Toy Cars for Kids
In the event the product arrives damaged due to carrier (FedEx/UPS) shipment, we will file a damaged claim case with the appropriate carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible once photos and proof of damages are sent to us via sales@jetskiofficial.com.
Jetski Official will not be liable for lost packages as a result of confirmed deliveries via FedEx/UPS. We reserve the right to obtain proof of delivery and file a trace case to investigate orders that are marked as “delivered”.
WHO IS COVERED?

This warranty does not cover:
• Non-Jetski Official product (including MP3/MP4 players).
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use; or use of the product other than for its intended purpose.
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance.
• Products that have been modified or altered.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear and tear.
• Any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship.
• Lost items as a result of FedEx/UPS (trace case investigation will be conducted, lost report is required from your local police office)

This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty made to you and is provided in lieu of any other express warranties or similar obligations (if any) created by any advertising, documentation, packaging, or other communications.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JETSKIOFFICIAL HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL JETSKIOFFICIAL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF JETSKIOFFICIAL PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Jetskiofficial is not liable for the safety of the children, all parents must decide whether to allow his or her child to operate ride on car toys based on the child’s maturity, ability, skill, and health condition prior to riding the vehicle.
To prevent injuries, parental supervision is required at all times.
For the safety of the children, protective gear must be used while operating all ride on cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and/or scooters.
Using the Parental Remote Control
Jetski Official products come with a parental remote control which allows you to drive your child around with the remote controller.
Make sure your child gets used to the car, steering wheel, and foot pedal before they ride on their own.
